The Mercedes boardroom had been under utilised in its previous form. Mercedes wished to re-purpose it as a function room where clients could be entertained in a private setting. If a client became the proud owner of a new vehicle, then Mercedes wanted to be able to celebrate the occasion with them in a setting in keeping with the stately nature of the purchase.

Mercedes also wished to use the room as an intimate venue to host small groups of selected clients for VIP events.

When completed, a European Mercedes executive commented, “Of all the Mercedes boardrooms I have seen, this is the best.”
